What is ORGANICO+ and how do I sign-up?
A new and improved ordering and loyalty system for our best customers! You can sign up using this link or by ordering through our website or app you’ll automatically be signed up! Order now on our website or download the Apple or Android app to join ORGANICO+.
How do I earn points?
Everyone gets $10 off just for signing up, including our existing customers! Then, every dollar you spend, you earn 1 point. As you earn more points, you'll unlock larger rewards. After you link a credit card to your account, your ORGANICO purchases will be automatically tracked (in-store, on our website and in the app) so you'll always earn points without having to sign-in or enter your phone number at checkout. If you pay with cash or a different card, you can easily upload a picture of your receipt on the app and we'll add the points for you - this way you’ll never miss out!
How do I redeem rewards?
As you earn more points, you’ll unlock larger rewards. Then you can easily redeem it when checking out on the app, our website or in-store at the cash register. If you're redeeming at a cash register, you'll need to have your App and reward open on your phone so one of our team members can verify. At the moment, you cannot redeem rewards at the kiosks, but you will earn points on all kiosk purchases.
What if I was already a loyalty member with ORGANICO before you launched ORGANICO+?
When we launched ORGANICO+ on June 13th, 2023, we automatically transferred all existing loyalty information and points to a ORGANICO+ account, so as long as you sign-up using the same phone number you used with your original loyalty account, your points will be waiting for you! Plus you’ll get an additional $10 off just for the hell of it!
What do I do if I’m having issues with the app, my points or anything else?
