What is ORGANICO+ and how do I sign-up?
ORGANICO+ is our free rewards program. Earn points on purchases and redeem them for free food and drinks. Join by: creating an account online, placing an order on our website, or downloading the ORGANICO App. Rewards apply only to direct orders placed through ORGANICO.
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Link your credit card once and points are automatically added for in-store, website, and app purchases. Paid with cash or a different card? Upload your receipt in the ORGANICO App and we'll add the points within 48 hours.
How do I redeem rewards?
Redeem rewards online, in the app, or in-store. For in-store redemption, show your reward in the ORGANICO App to a team member. Rewards cannot currently be redeemed at self-service kiosks.
Do I need the App to join ORGANICO+?
No. You can join by creating an account online, placing an order on our website, or downloading the ORGANICO App. The App is only required for in-store reward redemption and receipt uploads.
How can I earn points and rewards from cash purchases?
Download the ORGANICO App and tap "Upload Receipts." Simply upload a photo of your receipt and we'll add the points to your account within 48 hours. Once added, you can redeem rewards online, in-app, or in-store.
Can I earn rewards on Uber Eats or Postmates orders?
No. ORGANICO+ rewards apply only to direct orders placed through our website, app, and participating in-store purchases. Orders placed through Uber Eats, Postmates, and other third-party marketplaces do not earn rewards.
